In the Discovery series he has 4 wines: Chardonnay, Cabernet Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Shiraz. In the signature series he features a Vidal icewine. The tasting notes on it are:With full peach and apple flavours and a crisp finish, it is an excellent match for grilled chicken, seafood dishes and pastas in cream sauce.
