Grape Varietals Grechetto, Procanico, and other white varietals
Vinification and Ageing The grapes are harvested between the end of August and the beginning of September. The grapes are destemmed, crushed and lightly pressed. After removing the must from the the lees at a low temperature, it is left to ferment in the temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats. Alcoholic fermentation is completed leaving a slightly higher residual sugar level than Orvieto Classico. The wine rests in the stainless-steel vats kept at 16/18 degress C until bottling.

Color: Straw Yellow
Aroma: fresh and fragrant with flowery notes of yellow meadow flowers and clover accompanied by fruity hints of green apples and greengages.
Tasting profile : fresh, harmonious and deliciously sweet with good body and an aftertaste of citrus fruit.
