"Pearfection Wine by Rush Creek Wines"The producer describes Pearfection Wine as made with Bartlett pears. It is a dry (1) white with 12.5 % alcohol in a 750 ml bottle.This is a smooth tasting wine with pronounced pear flavors. It maintains a long but smooth, subtle finish. Additionally, it is Kosher for Passover. Pearfection was the winner in the "Best Dry White Fruit Wine" category at the All Canadian Wine Championships in May 2007. When sipping, we could easily distinguish the aroma and flavor of pear. It is both delicious and versatile and can be paired with any foods you would normally serve with white wine.
